Members of the Southern Adamawa Contact Group today met with Mal. Nuhu Ribadu, the National Security Adviser, in his office to commend his significant efforts towards ensuring a safe and secure Nigeria.
Led by Prof. Maxwell Gidado SAN, the group expressed their gratitude for the NSA's dedication and the positive outcomes of his initiatives, highlighting their confidence in the strides made by his office in recent times.
Prof. Gidado articulated the purpose of their visit: to express heartfelt appreciation on behalf of the Southern Senatorial District for the NSA's invaluable contributions to nation building.
Additionally, the group briefed the NSA on the Federal University of Education Numan Establishment Bill currently under consideration in the National Assembly, outlining their plans to advocate for its passage and presidential assent to fulfill the educational aspirations of citizens.

In response, the NSA expressed his gratitude for the visit and commended their efforts. He reaffirmed his unwavering support for initiatives that promote development in Adamawa South, the Northeast region, and Nigeria as a whole.
