Laori, Chairman of the Ad Hoc Committee investigating the alleged wrongful termination of Comrade Emmanuel Odafe Igbini (Engr) by Total Energies EP Nigeria Ltd., captivated the House of Representatives with a memorable presentation that turned heads and sparked conversation.
Dressed in a full Bwatiye traditional regalia, with a Royal staff known as SoShopwe, Laori's visible attire was a celebration of his cultural heritage, contrasting sharply with the simple African fabrics he typically adorns as a ranking member of the House of Representatives.
His signature kashe cap, a staple of his wardrobe, was also notably seen, making way for a look that was both regal that resonanated with his roots.
As he laid the committee's report before his colleagues, the atmosphere in the chamber shifted dramatically. Attention quickly pivoted from the formal business of the day to that of admiration and analyzing the elaborate regalia worn by the triple- titled-Chief.

Despite the received accolades and accomplishments as a Barrister and Dr, Hon. Laori is unperturbed by the weight of his titles, embodying the spirit of his people with grace authenticity and cultural representation..

On a lighter note, the Speaker mandated Hon. Kingsley Chinda, the House Minority Leader to appear in his traditional regalia like Chief Laori come next Tuesday.
